WHAT COACHING IS, AND WHAT IT IS NOT.
Emotions can come up in coaching and this work is about freedom of expression. It’s important participants know that they can ‘come as they are’ and express their truth. Jen May will support participants through the natural ups and downs of moving towards their desires and goals. The hard conversations can be the most useful because they enable change.

However it’s important participants understand that teaching/mentoring/coaching is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, professional mental health or medical care, and can not to be used in place of any form of therapy. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions.Your teacher/mentor/coach is not a therapist. If at any point the participant or teacher/mentor/coach feels the participant may benefit from deeper support than a teacher/mentor/coach can provide a qualified therapist should be sought.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidentiality of session content is agreed by teacher/Coach/mentor and client. Jen May agrees to keep all client and session information strictly confidential except in very rare circumstances where decreed by law or where there is intent of seriously harm. In this circumstance a conversation will be had by Jen May and client wherever possible before hand. Participants agree to not share or distribute for free or for sale any session materials including any session recordings without prior written permission from Jen May.

THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY
